Pros

1) Highly considerate people in the management. Gave hundreds of struggling individuals a good job along with a work-life balance. 2) I have found Teleperformance to be quite an employee-centric company. You can easily approach your superiors and expect them to effectively address any concerns. 3) Security and stability.

Cons

Not trying to flatter anyone but so far I haven't experienced any cons at all. I hope this remains the same!

Business Outlook

Pros

Large companies outsource their support services to companies like Teleperformance. Depending on the project and the language you are hired for, you can earn a decent basic salary and be ok or you can have an absolutely terrible time. It is by no means a bad kind of job, especially if you are young and inexperienced, but few people decide to stay there for a long time

Cons

- Repetitive - Can be draining - Shift-based work
