Pros

The only pro I can think of, is it was my first job so they took me on with no experience and no qualifications.

Cons

Slave Labour and they take advantage of people with no other path to another job. I worked silly hours, you weren’t allowed to leave your desk, you’re tied to a phone and treated like rubbish. The management aren’t very nice, and they don’t value you at all. Times where I cried before starting work because I was that depressed. If you can do ANY other job, do that.

Sometimes nice Nice working from home

Cons

extremely strict managers scream at you for real which is very weird I havent experienced myself but would always hear at team meetings as an advisor you support the customer they care more about the analytics than you actually helping them

Great experience working with major clients, multiple aspects of Enterprise business can be learned and develop good understanding of it.

Cons

Not so good in terms management practices overall. Can be far better in terms of promoting growth for employees.
