Pros

Work from home. Reliable scheduling. Decent benefits for level of job.

Cons

Employer tools are very prone to crashing. Client resources for training and knowledge base are inadequate. No communication or understanding between departments. No consistency between supervisors, who change and rotate several times a year.

Flexibility in getting payed leave, which you are entitled to 20 days a year is very considerate.

Cons

In the English department, your shift changing every week and not much consideration taken in the change of sleeping pattern involved is hard on one's physical and mental health.
