Pros

Role itself was good. Good support from training and SOME team leaders.

Cons

No incentives, awards or recognition. Actually they did have awards, but only for management ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Had 2 random days off in the week. And even if you try to make plans, workforce still changed you schedule all time, all the way up till the day before, and unless you screenshot your schedule beforehand they get away with it because there’s no indicator of the change made.
