Free meal and cab are the only things

Cons

They lie about salary each and every time to their employees. The have included employee's contribution to pf and esic in our package to make it look bigger but that's not true. They offer least salary in industry. They lie about incentives and bonus. Nobody gets incentives and bonus within 6 months no matter what you are told

You get your salary, bonuses and legal rights as they should be. You get the payment on the day.

Cons

It is quite an exhausting job and the company doesn't help for motivation.

I love the people i work with. Its a very easy job, i enjoy that its laid back and the fact that we don't need to dress nice to work here. The pay is fairly reasonable for what we do. i really do love working here and i love the fact that i can help people over the phone all day.

Cons

I really don't have much bad things to say about this place. i feel like the bonus structure is reasonable and i really cant think of anything negative about working here. everyone/supervisors are all so helpful so i have nothing bad to say.
