Pros

We worked in such a very small place, so we were very close to each other, we had time to hate Teleperformance together and share something in common, I met very kind friends there.

Cons

The company was only working with measurable tools, we never were "Person", we needed to achieve things that werent in our hands they gave any excuse to put presure on your work, arguing that they would fire you, it was just to much presure, call flows were horrible, but they new we needed money so we would do anything to keep it

Pros

paid training, have opportunity to be promoted in 3 months

Cons

Working in technical support, the focus should be on fixing the customers problem, its not. Teleperformance has tendency to focus on the little things that an employee is doing wrong on the call, not whether or not they fixed the problem. Plus the training does not prepare you at all!
