Will learn a lot especially if this is first time to be CSR or TSR agent OTs are paid but you have to plot it by yourself. If you failed to do it then it's OT TY

Cons

Clients are demanding so TL and Managers adjust KPI a lot Old computers that may result for slow productivity Bonus and Incentives are always late, without any email on why
