Pros

Offer great salary, good work environment, approachable personnel, and smooth process of everything when you apply.

Cons

Once you're hired and told to start your training and if you still have not processed your government id's, you cannot process it right away especially if your schedule is weekdays (morning shift). So you have to find best way to solve and process your requirements.
