Pros

$13.00 to get treated like you’re nothing and always reminded that you can be replaced and all the company cares about is money

Cons

No one who actually works here as a manager knows what they’re talking about. Everyone will tell you a million different things. They also pride their self on “commitment” which means you have a “set schedule” that can be changed literally an hour before your shift and if you have children they don’t even care they’ll fire you. Tell me how you get hired then have to wait a month to actually start working but the day you get hired they give you a training schedule you have to commit to A MONTH IN ADVANCE but there’s nothing wrong with that right. So then it’s two days before 4th of July (which is the same day every year right) so they thought it was okay to switch the whole schedule around that we committed to a month in advance because they messed up. And if you couldn’t find child care last minute and couldn’t come to work you would be fired What a great company. Everyone smokes weed and does the most ratchet stuff like fight in the parking lot. The actual floor is disgusting there’s food everywhere and bugs. When it rains the whole building leaks, water will be dripping all over a Mac computer on the floor and no one moves it it cleans up the water. You also have to come in like an hour before your shift to find parking and actually find a computer that works. How can you have a technical support job but all the technical equipment that is needed to work that job every day is either broken or not working. Like I said Apple should be ashamed to be working with a company that doesn’t care about the few hard working employees they have. I had a trainer named Danish for Mac training, man was he horrible. He’s on a final because he let 6 people fall asleep in one of his classes and got caught soooo he felt the need to write anyone up for any little reason and be mean and horrible because he’s trying to save his “apples” which is understandable but you can’t threaten to write up a bunch of people just to try and make yourself look good instead of actually teaching the class maybe people wouldn’t fall asleep if we weren’t just getting paid to sit there and do nothing. The trainers I had were both honestly horrible, I didn’t learn anything the correct way until we actual got on the phones. It also takes a week to get anything out of the hire ups and you have to constantly bother them about the same isssue or they’ll forget to take care of it. You would think that Apple actually wants to work with companies that care about their employees and actual teach them correctly about all of the products and make you feel comfortable at your job instead of feeling like you could get fired any second for any stupid reason.

Pros

Depending on how desperate you are this might be a good choice, they take just about everyone. In the southern countries the wages can actually be nice.

Cons

Growing in this company is life selling a bit of your soul for little return. Boot licking over skills. You're expected to do more than your job description as a standard, don't expect recognition though, it's expected.

Pros

Fun people from all around the world Good training Flexible hours

Cons

High volume of calls Uncomfortable working conditions - super noisy, and while you're talking to a customer other people don't care much, they can laugh, chat and do their stuff, not so much respect. Also, sometimes it's hard to find an available workstation High level of stress compared to a very low wage
