Multicultural environment - You get to know people from all over the world

Cons

People who speak English get less money than those who are speaking Spanish or any other Language Too stressful

-Its been like a jail to me. -You can observe racism in the company.

Pros

- Stability. - The location is pretty suitable. - Basiclly will hire anyone.

Cons

- Very stressful job - Bad managment - Low salary -Shared computers - High call volume (only seconds between calls) - Excessive micromanagement (every minute is accounted for where you work) - All your calls are recorded and analyzed - Management treats you like a slave -You work 8.5 hours a day and you have to show up 30 minutes before to setup your station - You are required to stay overtime after 8.5 hours days if a call lasts longer than the end of your shift - Only 50cent salary increase after 12 months of working there - Expensive parking
