laid back could get unlimited overtime

pay wasnt on par, hours werent the best, everyone is expendable

nice environment, nice people, colleagues are cool multicultural environment

Cons

unethical , some are paid the double of what you are although you work twice as hard, for the same position .. and much much worse schedule
