Fast-paced, fun environment, great career advancement opportunities (you can promote from agent in 3 months or less if you show up to work on time every day and do your job correctly), opportunities to travel for many positions

Cons

Pay is on the low end compared to other companies; things can change at a moment's notice, so if you're the type who gets set into routine, not the place for you. Benefits are, for the most part, lousy.
