Pay wasn't awful. Hybrid job after training.

Cons

Micromanagement. Looks like an Indian employment mill. No vacation until 12 months of employment. 9 hour work day not 8 hour work day like normal.

- Normal BPO with basic benefits

Cons

- they will retrench after not passing probation without any training or PIP. - They will not value to the employee instead will agree whatever client says. - Handd project never get involved bcs not one team member ever passed probation for UK team in a 6 months they hired four employees none passed probation which means there is something wrong with the company.
