Well, it's good that there are good work environments like on the sites, and also the fact that there are many benefits and agreements. I like that it's a dynamic job so we don't get bogged down in heavy work.

Very friendly work environment and willing to listen to any problems or concerns of its employees

Poor ergonomics at work The monitors are positioned too low relative to the average chair height, leading to poor posture and neck pain in the long run. This issue has been raised in numerous focus groups, but no improvements have been made yet. Some peripherals such as keyboards and mice are in poor condition.
