      (mostly) Interesting projects, young colleagues, trying to expand

      Pros

      Nice colleagues, central location, open to university and HTL graduates, flexible working hours, it is possible to influence and improve the company processes with some engagement

      Cons

      Low salary and very hard to re-negotiate i.e. promotions are very rare, no canteen and no lunch allowance, no workers union and not open to forming one

      Amateur management, a top-down culture where CEO needs to sign even to smallest things, very hierarchical even if the size of the company is small.
