      No pros. I hate working here.

      Cons

      Terrible and untransparent salaries. Your coworker doing the same job can earn 500euro more. Management is old fashioned. Every quarter meeting board members change. They expect the problem is their board. But no, the problem is they are not compensating or acknowledging individual/team accomplishments. No inflation salary at all. Management says eurozone salary is 3.4%. Joke of a company. I hope I leave soon.

      Disorganization Always delay in delivery A lot of people left the company because they were dissatisfied Recently they started to lay off the people, because of the bed management decision Working Saturdays are possible due to delivery delay

      Good and bad

      Good clients, interesting projects if you are not working in non-capital country.

      Low bonuses and not so good work and life balance, critics are more towards to management.
