      Great products, interesting customers - some of the big names in the industry, friendly colleagues, internationality, opportunity to learn a lot, central office location

      Salary is below avarage, zero benefits except free coffee, messy management decisions, high workload+overtime, chaos, stress and poor communication, high fluctuation, some of the best people leaving

      A lot of rooms for personal growth and improvement, as well as open-mindedness to listen for proposals coming from employees at any level of seniority.

      Cons

      Bad management decisions can lead to dead periods than can also be really long in time. This situations might kill the personal improvement along the way of the professional path, dramatically dropping the excitement for the job. Also, the job description does not always match the actual tasks.
