Great benefits but slow development
Pros
The benefits, especially the time off, are excellent. Pay and bonus are good and appropriate for experience and geographical area and he health insurance is top tier and very affordable. Most people are nice and helpful but also very professional and they really know their area of expertise and care a lot about doing a good job
Cons
The only issue I've experienced here is that they seem to slow-walk people's careers if you stick around. With a few exceptions, it will take years and years before you are able to move into a supervisory role. There are a lot of people competing for relatively few roles and vacancies in management are rare. They do encourage people to move around a lot which is good if you get bored easily but it seems to be mostly a series of lateral moves. Also, they recently began moving people away from a 3/2 remote/on-site schedule to a 2/3 or more. I suspect they'll try to go back to full on site within the next 12 months, which seems to be something only the senior leaders want.
