Pros

-If you don't have experience and it is urgent for you to get a job could be a good option. -Opportunity to continue your studies.

Cons

- Bad handle of certain teams so people are constantly on rotation. If you are selected for any of them, so be prepared to receive exaggerated amount of job for the people that left when you arrive. - To general "training", in my case, the training was completely thought for other department and didn't work at all in mine. -Really bad payment.
