      Bad management, almost no benefits

      Pros

      Pays in dollars, you get experience in Microsoft and have good chances of getting a job there.

      Cons

      Management keeps making poor decisions, workload increases and unless you get a promotion, you probably won’t get a salary increase.

      Good place to get knowledge and experience, DON'T be fool about the bad reviews

      Pros

      You will get lots of experience and good knowledge if you apply yourself. If you get into Microsoft - Azure account, then you will have a big opportunity to learn about the Microsoft Cloud and then make a career on this. If you don't have experience and want to learn, then I totally recommend it, but if you already have experience and IT knowledge, you may consider other companies before this one.

      Cons

      - Low salaries (sometimes you even get the same salary as other people with lower job positions) - Few benefits - another insurance is not all what we need, we already have CCSS in Costa Rica, you sell this as a top benefit but honestly all companies offer the same or eve with better conditions. - Few options to grow, there are options but not as many to say you will be able to grow professionally in this place.
