A good place for any one starting out in IT but not good fpr professionals
Pros
You have a lot to learn, though learning is done only by yourself and based on your department. There are new initiatives to teach you skills from other areas of IT. Salary is paid ontime. You have HMO(gold plan), they also have 13 month salary paid on december period. There is subsidized transport system which is not bad.
Cons
For me the only cons the firm has is not paying you based on your past experiences in IT. You are paid same with a fresh graduate. No salary increment, if there is any you get an increment of say 3k, 2k, 5k or max 10k. Poor salary, imagine you earning around 120k with all your experiences.....thats too poor of Tek Experts Nigeria upon the money they are making in Nigeria and the worsp part of it is that they dont care if you even resign, they believe someone else will take the job I also learnt that most senior staffs from other department are too bossy, such is very harmful, though my manager is very nice, if possible i can take him along while living the firm.
