Decent work environment. Highly supportive and collaborative colleagues. A good learning environment and a good place for starters. Provision for transportation assistance. Workshift rotation.

Cons

Poor salary and remunerations. Work during public holidays. No compensation for extra work during the holidays/festive period. Incosistence salary among working peers, someone in your team might be earning better that you. Static salary, there is hardly room for salary increment.
