- This company has helped me gain experience. -This company helped me learn new skills for the betterment of my career. -The management team makes sure you don't remain in the same place without growing. -There is room for growth in this company. -They have values that every company should have like We care, learn and grow and stronger together and it is not just values they make sure they follow them.

Cons

-Sometimes the workload makes it hard to have a good work-life balance. -Poor workload distribution. -Processes can be overly complicated, making simple tasks take longer than they should. -Burnout is common, especially when teams are understaffed. -The tool used for clocking in/out and tracking adherence is unreliable. It often glitches, and if you don’t catch it in, it can negatively affect your performance records.
