      Pros

      One thing about this company is that every serious employee will see significant improvement in personal value within a few months of joining the company. This comes from the continues training and upskilling opportunities made available in the most comfortable environment, filled with great people. The Tek Expert people culture, and beautiful office environment will make you wake up daily and want to come to work!

      To be sincere, I am struggling to identify one downside worthy of being called out!

      Tek Expert is a performance-driven environment that gives everyone the support and opportunity to not just grow but to also show the stuff that they are made of. I so much love one of our core values *Learn and Grow* indeed I came, I learned and I have grown (and still growing) and since then I have also been helping people to grow because we are all about Growth and expansion.

      It sounds like our value Learn and Grow has really meant a lot to you. We are proud of our commitment to contribute to the growth of our employees by making available trainings and materials that could aid their growth. Also, our site events and Giving Back activities are also a great way for you to connect and engage with your colleagues. Moreso, we recently launched a recreation center, ''We Care Zone'', where our people can go to relax, play games and unwind during their break. Our quarterly team bonding sessions is also another great avenue to our people to unwind. Thanks for your review!
