      Pros

      The Management (both first-line supervisors & senior Managers) are easy to work with, and really do work hard to help you succeed. The overall team culture is the main reason people stay. There is also a great deal of good experience to be gained from working in any of the technical departments they offer. Good in-depth subject-matter knowledge which makes anyone who works here more desirable in the IT/Cloud computing field.

      Cons

      The only true downside of this job is the pay. The salary/wages of every position, both entry level, senior technical positions, and even management is significantly lower than comparable jobs in this market. The turnover is very high due to low pay across the board.

      Pros

      Work from home, the whole experience will feel like paid training as no one really knows what they're doing.

      Cons

      So many to even list. Over worked, understaffed, under supported, underpaid. HR doesn't respond or chooses not to. The person in charge of your cases has no idea what your skillset is or what the cases involve. Your managers have zero technical skills, you could tell them you're going to fly your computer to the moon and they'll believe it. The equipment and software never works, and I mean never. My softphone has never worked.

      Thank you for the feedback. It is not uncommon to have non-technical managers who are supporting technical employees. I can certainly see how you could be confused on why these folks are working in a technical company! However, these folks were put into place for their people skills - there is a separate support system for technical questions. Working remotely has certainly made providing support a challenge - I certainly agree with you there!
