Irregular working hours coz of the regions you would be supporting. If an agreement was made when they were recruiting you, if it’s not documented, then they ain’t gonna do it.

Cons

No salary structure, with very poor offer. Even after you're one year with the company, don't expect much in terms of salary increment. They won't even increase it up to 10% of your basic.

Pretty good pay if you are just starting out in IT. Good people to be around, a lot of insight from management and supervisors.

There is a large focus on meeting the metrics, and very little concern on why you were not able to meet them

We are a company that is measured on our results - and we do our best to make that clear during the interview process for new folks coming in to understand that part of the job. The most successful people we have found are the people who can find those creative solutions and resolve the customer's issues - regardless of the hurdles!
