Little to no empathy towards human beings
Pros
- Salary is not bad; - Home office; - (Some) people are good in there.
Cons
- Pointless processes everywhere (and they change every week) - Everybody acts like everything is happening when nothing relevant it; - No one recognises your efforts apart from meaningless emails that lead to nowhere or "fruit days" for everybody; - Everything is perfectly orchestrated in order for you to remain in front of your computer and in productivity (they brag about time management but they don't let you manage yours whatsoever); - Managers are following orders by whoever is in charge of them so they cannot really answer any of your questions apart from generic answers like "yeah."; - You know, typical outsourcing company who tries their outmost best to fulfil its employer's (Microsoft) needs.
