Turnover is always an area of focus for us – including hiring the right people from the start, training people appropriately, and creating a culture where people want to continue to work with us (which includes an aspect of accountability to meeting the needs of our customers). Our culture is certainly not a fit for everyone, and I hope you found the right fit for you.
