People in the mid, low and front layers is very nice and willing to help the customer and even be creative around the limitations

With Salary below market and High attrition, they pretend to deliver premium service metrics and quality of customer experience technically and customer service. No senior leader can promote new ways on doing things, nor new paybands, nor benefits, so after any customer raises their voice, the automated answer of the executives is to fire anyone they can. They rather have nice talkers and gossipers than people who knows the industry and can add to the company and the morale of their teams. No career growth unless you are level 1 to level 2 Not the place in which to raise your voice To talk about a point as this is consider that you are no longer part of their values
