You will be mentally active everyday as you have to proffer efficient and effective solutions to clients's issues. Can be stressful at times but fun You might experience presure depending on your unit

Cons

Middle management while I was in the role was not open to new idea's, disrespectful, and unethical. The recruiting department also had some ethical issues.
