Thank you for providing your feedback. We have seen explosive growth in the past year (we have added over 350 people in less than a year's time!) With that type of growth it is not unusual to see newer people helping out with the training. We do have a standard 'Time in Position' requirement of 1 year before you can transfer to another line of business. However, we have seen males and females who have been equally successful in doing so. It sounds like you are no longer with us - I wish you nothing but the best in the future and I hope you found a company that was a better fit for what you were looking for!

Pros

-You learn about how is a professional environment. -Good environment (people). -Good for developing customer service skills. -Some trainings are good (HR/Non-Technical).

Cons

-Very low salary rate for the high volume of work. -Really bad management. -They do not care about how good you are, they just need you to achieve the "metrics", basically, extremely poor compensation for engineers. -There are a lot of people with high positions (level 3, SME's, etc) but they are not at that technical level. -No benefits, just a medical plan (this is a must in every company). -Poor technical training, they just grab a current engineer who is very busy with his work and tell him to give technical training to the new employees, most of the cases that training is only a pdf with some labs that takes around 1 week to complete and also are not up to date. -If you are currently a student (college) and you have technical knowledge, you are a Level 1 engineer for them BUT if you are not currently studying anything related to the Information Technology area and you came from a call center (you have experience in customer service) you are a Level 2 engineer, really impressive! -Some people left the company and then came back with a better salary because "they worked in the support area in the past", I mean, the only experience that they had was in this company! This is ridiculous!

Pros

team members can be ok

Cons

Condescending Management. No performance reviews until everyone made it a big deal after being told "Quit and reapply in 6 months." You get pins for your "achievements" (doing your job) instead of actual bonuses. In short quite an insulting place to work.

Thank you for your feedback. You're right in saying we don't give annual performance reviews. We have a monthly 'Check-In' process where employees are able to list all of their accomplishments for the month. We find that about 20% of our employees do not fill in their Check In, even after 5 reminders per month to do so. Also, we have monthly bonus incentives that go out to our top performers. The pins that we give are there to reinforce the behaviors that we know will get you to the bonuses - however, only the top performers receive them. It sounds like our environment was not a good fit for you, and I hope you were able to find what you were looking for in your next role!
