      Casual work environment. You really have to mess up to get let go.

      Cons

      Corrupt and dishonest site management (Malta site). Pay gap based on immigration status. People who need work permits end up getting abused and exploited but end up putting up with it under the threat of being sent home.

      Terrible management. The people that have new and better opportunities are the new employees, the actual employees should wait around 1 year to a new opportunity, also the actual employees are the ones that they give more work even the employees have a lower salary. The salary is very low again the actual market. If you check the history of the reviews you can notice that on June 22 there are a lot of good reviews, that is because, in that day, the company did a party and in that party they told to the employees to make good reviews and they will raffle an IPAD, in other words, the company bribe for those reviews.
