Management part is very unexperienced and doesn't care about the employees thoughts, they said whatever it takes to make then Think they are ok with the job and keep the expectations high, however it always a lie. Growing oportunities are null and the Work load is not the same for all the People. If you perform Well they are going to use That to give you a elevated charge of Work for the same pay as People That perform terrible, which makes the job very frustrating. Managers pretend to care about People carrer path inside the company but it's like a scam. If you stay here too long the frustration is going to become an everyday feeling, you can perform 10/10 or 1/10 That you are still going to be Getting the same salary.

This is definitely not the place for someone that wants to build their technical career, this place is great if you want to begin with no experience at all. There is a huge lack of processes and management guidance, is hard to actually improve and help your team because everything that you do is regulated by Tek-Experts key customers so basically you do what they ask you to do even if there’s a better way, if you want to simply be creative and show your ideas to improve. Salary is not competitive Some managers are not prepared to deal with 20+ engineers, some of them get mad when you ask for help or when customers want to speak with your manager, it’s their job and responsibility.
