Management has escorted people off of the premises for next to nothing but if somebody on the Employee Initiative team puts in their two week notice they have two weeks free pass to complain about site management, hr, and site trainers, as well as their coworkers loudly, at their desk, and they won’t get the usual treatment. In fact, they’ll get a going away party. You’re pretty safe in that club but don’t get excited. They don’t let anybody in. it’s all the same people
The owner literally just told our entire team that we’re doing great but we won’t be getting raises because “You wouldn’t even notice the extra 200 a month after a while. You would get too used to it”
No upward movement.
No position is safe. Clients are constantly questioning their contracts with the company
Admin staff says they’re open door but are too busy (with what I guess is terrible company infrastructure) to actually be open door
Get used to the phrase “thank you for your patience” while the company figures out how to be a company
did I mention the owner is named in panama papers?
There will be a super positive review after this written by somebody close with management to offset this negative review and I can guarantee they will try to find out who wrote this
