      It is a company for learning and to grow in a tech career

      Pros

      It is a stable company. I have been working here for 3 years and the culture and people are great and you can obtain growing opportunities, including compensation for time in the account. Your working hours are respected and you can get a well balance with your personal life. Extra hours are something unusual. Asociación Solidarista. Private insurance included. Team buildings.

      Cons

      Working from home is available as a benefit, not as a permanent work arrangement. But you are not limited to only work from office. You need to accomplish certain metrics to obtain by the benefit of WFH. There are not extra benefits to cover basic needs, such as transport, food, or mental, physical and eye health, as other IT companies have. There is minimal flexibility in the work schedule; however, you can continue your university studies if you are able to adjust your personal schedule accordingly.

      Thank you for your comments. At Teknowledge, we offer a combination of office, remote, and hybrid work, subject to the business units employees are part of and other qualifying criteria. We believe that our people are Stronger Together when they can connect and collaborate with one another in person, which also provides opportunities for them to continually Learn and Grow. Feedback has been positive regarding this approach because employees feel a greater sense of community and belonging. In each location we regularly hold employee events to connect our teams with each other and celebrate our sites. We also thank you for mentioning the importance we give to our people's studies, as we want to support our employees in completing their university studies and support them through their professional progression.       Good place to learn and grow as professional. Will be always someone willing to help.

      Not the best salary. High personal rotation.

      Pros

      Private Health insurance Good entry salary for persons that are non tech-savy. Not recommended for experienced persons in the field

      Cons

      Salary not competitive with other positions that have less responsibility or compared to other companies on the same field They do not provide languages courses or a very dedicated technical training, you will have to lean by yourself during time. No support about daily transportation or food.
