young colleagues, good location of the new office (near metro station), good place to start from zero - you can stay one or two years and go to another company with doubled salary

Cons

salary is high, there is no respect from the higher management. people are easily replaced. It depends on the the desired starting salary if you will be called in for an interview. Basically this is an outsourcing company, providing support.

Repetitive enough to not to be a boring job but not so constantly changing that you can't get a hang of the processes. The people are great. Communication through departments is getting much better.

Cons

They pay you enough so you don't qualify for health care but don't have good enough benefits to afford benefits for a family.

I love my job. I get to constantly interact with employees. The type of employees that work here at Tek Experts truly are like a family. I love the new building. I enjoy the challenging, fast paced environment. I love that I have the ability to impact some many people in one day. It truly is a wonderful place to work.

Cons

With the new building it can be challenging to feel like a big family when half of them are on a different floor, but we are making it work. I think it would be really amazing to have more company sponsored events to help employee learn, grow, interact and have fun. :)
