      Pros

      Job works as preparation to learn how to work under pressure

      Cons

      - There was no growing opportunities, the only way you could get promoted was by being good friend with the managers, people that was promoted didn't deserve the position and did a terrible job. - Strict policies that felt like slavery, like controlling your time to the point you would get warnings for being 1 minute late. - No motivation to the employees nor any tipe of recognition. - No opportunities to develop your career - No training to new employees, they started to work with no preparation - Extremely low salary compared to HPE employees. - Never wanted to pay overtime - Didn't have schedule flexibility despite that most of the employees were college students.

      Pros

      - Growing company with lots of opportunities for personal growth - Excellent cooperative, open and sharing culture - Friendly environment - like a very big family - Great level of trust in overall between different management levels - Good office space with decent facilities

      Cons

      - Salary is on the low side. The local environment keeps people, not company's benefit. - Lack of serious investment in training at global level. Most productive trainings are local initiatives with in-house resources. - Cooperation between regions still have lots to be improved.

      Pros

      The only pro does not belong to this awful company, the only good thing is that you can make some new career colleagues.

      Cons

      Everything in Tek Experts is a bad joke, managers are idiots and they do not how manage people and they are terrible, hypocrites, clueless and this provokes an unethical work environment and bad management Bad salaries if you are an engineer If you work here you will be under psychological torture The only good reviews that I have seen for this companies were made by managers (this is obviously) They have the culture of the “Dirty Tricks” in order to get the good metrics This company does not deserve a single star, just sucks in everything, their employees are overworked and underpaid And more and more cons, if you think that this company can be the worst every day, you are wrong!! Is worst each day!!!!
