      Great location, easy to reach using public transportation.

      Cons

      The communication is really poor between management and operations, sometimes the managers don't know anything about important matters. The Team Leads and Managers are people that don't know how to do their work, they don't have people skills, looks like the have the position because of the time in the company and not because of the good job. There is a lot of place for improvement in the company, they only need better management, communication and more chances for professional development. Tek have the potential to be a really god company.

      It's located in a central place easily reachable by public transport.

      Cons

      Very poor management! Meaningless internal procedures. Due to the poor management the moral of most of the employees is very low. The workload is to big for the current number of employees the company waits until the workload goes out of control and the hire new people just to manage it temporary. The payment is too low for the required work. The bonus system is insufficient. The rate of leaving the company after started is 1 year top.

      Pros

      For 5 years this company became from 30 people to over 1500 people, very fast growing. Gives opportunity to not so qualified people to learn and to be promoted to very good positions. The office is new and in the center of the city

      Cons

      Salaries could be good if you are motivated enough and if you show good performance. Lack of communication between higher management and engineers
