      - it’s a good place if you are just starting out your career as a cloud engineer. - There are growth opportunities even to managerial level - You have credits to write any Microsoft Certification - Good HMO package that covers you and your family - Free transportation as they partner with logistics companies

      Cons

      - The role is full time, and a lot of stress on the job - The salary is very low, and you only get higher pay when you are promoted from one level to another. - Fully onsite role and no opportunity to work from home for T2 engineers
