- There are plenty of chances to grow, learn new skills, and take on more responsibility.” - Managers encourage development and support career progression.”

Cons

Working in the CCA area can feel a bit restrictive, as personal belongings are not allowed and employees need to log every time they start or stop work. While understandable for security reasons, the process can sometimes be a bit inconvenient.
