Cons

While growing within the company, you'll see that your responsibilities will increase as every job, putting more pressure on your shoulders, nevertheless, no matter how hard you work, this will not always satisfy to your managers or command chain. On the other hand, the salary offer in Teknowledge is way lower than other companies with the same technical background.
