Management, lack of any benefits whatsoever, no transparency, closing doors and departments, despite the upper management stating contracts have been renewed, lack of any empathy, no care for any of their employees

No salary reviews after 2 years even you are top performance, they looks that are closing in Costa Rica and force the people to take the severance pay in 6 months
