- Good People - Fun Culture - Remote Options

Cons

- You don't last in this company and you will be dismissed on average within 1-2 years, even if you are thriving your job - There are no growth opportunities, even if you are overqualified in your current role - There is no vision or experience in leadership, therefore the company will never grow so this loops back to you being fired because of "Changes" - The structure is chaotic, no corporate organization - From day one you feel the uncertainty and it is true most of the times - "Will I be employed next month?" will be your daily thought

There were issues with communication with higher management, they were not involved into each account, not understanding the business and taking decision that critically affecting accounts performance and metrics

Pros

Overall, managers are really comprehensive and flexible with study-related changes in schedules. Collaboration between pears is great. Hybrid model with 2 days on-site and 3 days of WFH. Great experience to jump to other companies.

Cons

No Wi-Fi connection, just LAN. Overload for really low salary compared to other companies. Escalation just takes actions to "punish you" for the mistakes committed and no verbal correction is done. Company's leaders does not have great communication in tough times and they often kept secrets from employees.
