5yThank you for your comments. Our target employee would be someone who is interested in getting into the technical support industry and has that nature aptitude. We are a company that is measured on our results - and we do our best to make that clear during the interview process for new folks coming in to understand that part of the job. The most successful people we have found are the people who can find those creative solutions and resolve the customer's issues - regardless of the hurdles!
