Pros

- You get exposed to Microsoft's cloud services like Azure, Office 365 etc and get really trained on those. - Your speaking skills will greatly improve. Great office space and pension benefits.

Cons

- negligible salary review - too much pressure to deliver on KPIs - staff welfare is an afterthought - salary compensation is not fair, your team mate might be earning far above you, worse off, your team lead might be earning way lower than yours
