Pros

They are pathetic n wrong people. Every single person they ask people to quit the job then they use to send email not to continue n in the next time company asking to serve notice period, they know that the person can't come in this way they ask money to pay to tech Mahindra. Brilliant on making money online this way.

Pros

job security and associate welfare fund. chances of promotion is high but for a price.

Cons

management manipulation, only following policies which are favourable to them and covering up policy violations by management, no use in ombudsman and posh as the employee raised will be blamed and threatened to take it back. Treating people how they want to treat.
