      Don't care and out of touch.

      Pros

      Virtual work and the ability to feel cared for in a diverse and inclusive environment. You'll be told this repeatedly until you almost believe it. It's a lie.

      Cons

      You will be worked 24/7, worried constantly about the next lay off, and be given almost no training or support to do your job. The politics are toxic, and even if you get lucky and have a good mgr, they will be chased off. Expect HR to never help you, and Leadership to be the greatest of hypocrites.

      Had vision to define the market and not just be followers

      Cons

      Leadership have no vision for the company and don't understand what Teradata actually does. Employees are giving up because there of no real leadership or vision - executives are slowly undoing all of the good

      Every single aspect of the company that could have gone bad has gone bad. I have never seen such monumental level of incompetence combined with a disregard for everything besides one's personal interest in my entire life. Do not take this lightly, the level of incompetence and disfunction is surreal, working at Teradata is like watching a train wreck in slow motion but instead of being an event lasting for a limited period of time and afterwards ending due to either the company going on a better trajectory or just going bust this garbage fire of a situation somehow surprisingly lasts for years without an end in sight.
