they are living off cash flow they didn't create and have no idea how to grow. They have NO new customers and the Ceo celebrates his strategy on analyst calls while operating revenue is down 50% year over year

2021 had summer Fridays- where if you were pacific coast based you could leave your virtual office by 12. East Coast you had to work until California signed off...

Cons

Constant restructuring - to the point that org charts just aren't updated nor is workday until two or three changes in. Management promotions to "yes" people only. Instead of addressing the constant restructuring, HR keeps pushing diversity.

- Decent benefits that start on day 1 - Fully remote

Cons

- High leadership turnover with two upper management leaders changes during the first month and another the next month - High turnover for talent and no effort is made to keep said talent - Very toxic work environment with no willingness to address the employees causing issues. Verbally abusive middle and upper management - Poor work life balance - Constant changes in leadership and direction make it difficult to make long term development goals within the company
