Pros
Great people, good culture and a sincere interest on the individual and their social concerns. Quality of life was an important part of their culture.
Cons
Executive management lacked the ability to spot trends and act upon them in an effective manner. Compensation was low and the ability to grow in career was limited due to legacy NCR associates everywhere.
