Depending on your fit/personality in a self serve virtual environment, you could find yourself in an environment that is extremely entrepreneurial, given a lot of freedom to succeed. Technology is some of the best out there. Associates are some of the most loyal, passionate and proud of the company's offerings you could find

Struggling hard to shed its old-boy mentality. Women may not see evidence of path to progress to Leadership positions.

The technology is still recognized as leading the industry. It's a great place if you're a customer, but not if you're an employee.

Cons

the leadership team does not know how to run a company in a competitive market. The stock price has dropped from $80 down to the mid-to-upper $20s. The HR department is uninvolved and ineffective at a time when talented people are rushing out the door or seeing their positions eliminated because of the bloated top and do-little middle managers.
